Perhaps it was the lack of Catherine Frot, perhaps it was that separating the characters' actions (instead of having them all in one room) made the storylines less complete, less interesting, or perhaps it was just a worse story. Whatever it was, this film was not as good as "Un Air de Famille" by the same director, the film we watched before this one. - T

Not as much to my taste as "Un Air de Famille." Less rich, more spread. Still, a satisfying performance by Jean-Pierre Bacri. Overall, not bad. - A

Well, Bond is always exciting, and I like this guy better than all the others, but I thought the story dwelled a little too much on the whole "Vesper" thing. And, as with the last one, the action was a little too choppy at times. But overall, I was entertained. - T

I feel I've really bonded with Daniel Craig. It's all in the way he looks at me from the big screen with those blue eyes of his. However, I was less in love with the story line, and most of the action scenes were things I'd seen before in other movies. There was nothing like that great opening scene from Casino Royale. Still, I'm already looking forward to the next one. - A
